Taking the way high up in Iran’s mountains hillsides and meeting Qashqai nomads is a particular and interesting experience. Qashqaie people welcome to you friendly and invite you to get familiar with their costumes, culture and also life style.
On this tour we have scheduled visiting Shiraz, Bishapour, Yazd, Isfahan, Abyaneh, Kashan and Tehran.
Day 1. Shiraz
Arrive in Shiraz International Airport and meet SURFING PERSIA Tour Guide upon your arrival, then transfer to your hotel for a short rest.
On the first day of Iran Tour we are going to visit highlighted sites in Shiraz.
So in the morning we have planned to visit Eram Garden to take a look at this beautiful garden.
Then we are heading toward Nasir al-Mulk Mosque, walking into its hall and feel that we have arrived in a rainbow. This Mosque is also famous as Pink Mosque, for that the tiles are artistically colored with rose flowers and mostly in pink.
Zandieh Complex would be our next destination to be visited, which is including Vakil Bazaar, Bath, Mosque and Saray-e Moshir.
We will continue our sightseeing by Holy shrine of Ali ibn-e Hamzeh. The last worth-seeing spot is Hafiz Tomb to spend time with his charming Qazals. O/N Shiraz.
Day 2: Shiraz – Nomad
Early in the morning we will drive toward Bishapour. This historical site is famous for Anahita Temple, ancient Bishapour City and Tang-e Chogan.
In the afternoon we will meet Qashqai People who live in black tents and have adjusted their life with nature. In addition we will stay with them over the starry night. O/N Nomad
Day 3: Nomad – Shiraz
Start the day with sun rising and the voice of the shepherd.
Having an organic breakfast and experiencing Nomads’ simple life would be something that is not experienced yet!
After this memorable time we will come back to Shiraz in the afternoon. O/N Shiraz
Day 4: Shiraz – Necropolis - Persepolis - Pasargadae - Yazd
Early in the morning we are going to leave Shiraz toward Yazd. We start our tour with a short look at Quran Gate which is located at the entrance of Shiraz.
Along the way we will stop to visit Persepolis, Necropolis and Pasargadae. Then we continue the way toward Yazd. O/N Yazd
Day 5: Yazd
In the morning we are going to visit Dakhma (Tower of Silence) and Zoroastrian Fire Temple.
Then we are going to visit Water museum. This museum shows how Yazdi People brought water to the city in the past.
Then we will visit Amir Chakhmaq Square and possibly a traditional Persian Gym which is called Zurkhaneh.
We continue our sightseeing by visiting Jame mosque that is famous for a glorious Iwan (porch) and two tallest Minarets. Fahadan area is the next destination to go. We will enjoy walking in this old and amazing area.
Finally we are going to spend the evening in Dowlat Abad Garden. O/N Yazd
Day 6: Yazd – Meybod – Naein – Isfahan
Early in the morning we leave Yazd toward Isfahan. In Meybod we will visit Shah Abbasi Caravanserai, Yakhchal (Ice House) and Narin Castle. Then continue the way toward Naein to visit Jame Mosque and Fire Temple. O/N Isfahan
Day 7: Isfahan
Start this memorable day with walking tour around Naqsh-e Jahan Square which is known as Meidan-e Imam. This site is admired for outstanding Islamic architecture. Sheykh Lotfollah Mosque, Imam Mosque and Ali Qapu Palace, bazaar, Chehel Sotoun Palace are the highlighted sites that are going to be visited.
In the evening we will have a pleasant walk in Jolfa district to reach the glorious Vank Cathedral. Visiting Khaju Bridge would be a good choice to complete Isfahan City Tour. O/N Isfahan
Day 8: Isfahan – Abyaneh – Kashan – Tehran
Early in the Morning we hit the road toward Abyaneh. This village is best known amongst the ancient and fantastic villages. After spending this supreme day with friendly locals we continue the way toward Kashan. In Kashan we are going to visit Fin Garden, Tabatabaei and Boroujerdi House which are among the notable Persian houses in Iran. Afterward we move toward Tehran. O/N Tehran
Day 9: Tehran
Tehran as the capital has a lot to see. Visiting two gorgeous palaces of Golestan Complex would be a good choice to start Tehran City Tour.
Then we have planned to stroll through Tehran Great Bazaar or possibly visit Iran Jewelry Museum (open on Saturday to Tuesday, 14-16:30 pm) which holds priceless jewels. Carpet Museum would be our last destination to visit. At the end we will have a short look at Azadi Tower as the first modern tower in Iran O/N Tehran
Day 10: Departure
We will be transferred to the IKA for the departure.
